I turn signal into pipeline. Then I prove it.

One recent example: $750K qualified pipeline for a US market entry, built with a 2-person team.

8-Step Outbound Pipeline, US market entry
Groupe JWB · 2025 · Clay · Apollo · Instantly · n8n
$750K

Built a full outbound machine for a company with zero US presence. Eight sequential stages: ICP list build from scratch via Apollo, enrichment waterfall (Clay → FullEnrich → ZeroBounce), intent signal filtering via Trigify, personalisation layer, multi-touch sequences in Instantly, reply-handling automation in n8n, CRM sync to HubSpot, and daily pipeline digest via Telegram bot.

Deliverability stack built from scratch: 6 custom sending domains, warm-up protocol, DKIM/SPF/DMARC. Sequences designed around buying signals, not calendar drips.

Claude Code GTM engine
Groupe JWB · 2025 · Claude Code · OpenRouter · n8n · Docker
$80/mo

Replaced what would normally be a $3K+/mo SaaS stack with a self-hosted Claude Code agent running on an $80/mo VPS. The agent handles lead scoring (enriches via web scraping, ranks against ICP), sequence recommendations, follow-up timing decisions, and a daily pipeline digest sent via Telegram.

All wired through n8n with Docker for reliability and automatic restarts. Runs 24/7 with zero manual intervention. Scaled to 130+ leads at peak without any additional cost.

Behavioral email trigger system
Robin des Toits · 2024 · Lemlist · Smartlead · DKIM/SPF
€200K

Designed and deployed a behavioral trigger system on top of Robin des Toits' contact database. Webhook integration with the CMS detected page visits and content interactions, then fired targeted sequences in Lemlist. Full deliverability stack: custom sending domains, 8-week warm-up protocol, DKIM/SPF/DMARC on all inboxes.

A/B tested subject lines, send times, and CTAs over 90 days. Parallel SEO overhaul drove inbound that fed the same sequences, compounding results.

Full-Stack Event & Content Marketing
Groupe JWB · 2025–2026 · Trade Fairs · Press Relations · Newsletters · Video
80+ leads

Owned the full marketing output for a group of 3 entities. Trade fairs: end-to-end logistics from venue selection to supplier coordination, plus guerrilla activation — personalised water bottles with QR codes, original gifts and catering — turning passive visitors into active leads captured directly to CRM.

Press: wrote and distributed releases to specialist media journalists, securing free editorial placements at zero media spend. Content: 3 monthly newsletters across the group's entities, LinkedIn editorial calendar, and production oversight for institutional and 3D product videos from brief to final delivery. Goodies managed A to Z: concept, sourcing, supplier negotiation, delivery.

Who I am

Karim Achour-Bouakaz
Karim · Marseille04 · 2026

French engineer, US-operator mindset, allergic to dashboards that don't ship pipeline.

Five years at the intersection of sales, ops and code. I started by writing sequences, then realised the leverage was two layers up — in signal detection, data quality, and the routing logic between tools.

Today I design GTM systems that run with one person in the loop. Most of my recent work is variations on a theme: replace a 4-person team with a well-tuned Clay + Claude Code + n8n stack, and spend the difference on growth.

On the other side of the coin: I also run the full content and events machine — trade fair logistics, guerrilla activation, press relations, newsletters across 3 entities, LinkedIn editorial, and video production from brief to delivery. Strategy and execution, same brain.
